This mentorship is for you if...

  • You are ready to go beyond “learning a few ties” and instead devote yourself to true rope fluency.

  • You are partnered and have completed my NawaFoundations course.

  • You want your rope to be more than just aesthetic—you want it to feel skilled, powerful, alive.

  • You crave structure, correction, and the rare chance to train 1:1 with someone who treats this art as seriously as you do.

This is not a retreat. This is a strict training—and it will push you.

I no longer train just anyone.

For years, I taught every curious beginner who came through my doors. Today, I only work 1:1 with students who match my energy: dedicated, focused, and ready to honor this lineage.

As a licensed student of Kinoko  and the Ichinawa-Kai school in Japan, I offer you more than just technique—I offer you the structure and mindset to become fluent in rope.

In our sessions, I don’t just show you how to tie—I shape how you think, move, and feel through rope.

Hey, I'm Julieta!

As a professional Shibari instructor and lover of being tied myself, rope is my safe space, the love of my life.

Guiding folks in this journey is an honor, and finding my unique method is a gift to share with you,

The thing is, Simply tying someone in complicated designs is boring - rope is so much more than this!

It’s about making the rope in your hand your language, and creatively telling a story with your partner (or yourself) fluently.

My intention is to guide you in mastering technique, while encouraging play, exploration, and thoughtfulness in your flow.

Licensed Kinoko Shibari Instructor (Level 2)

I am honored and greatly humbled to study under Shibari legend and Sensei Hajime Kinoko, and the Ichinawa Kai school of Shibari in Tokyo. It's a great pleasure to share this art with you!

"I am a recent student of Julieta’s shibari mini course and absolutely loved the experience! She is informative, fun & encouraging. I feel much more confident to create ties and combine what I learned from her while also diving deeper into the craft. "
